Bill Davis has extensive knowledge of Colorado having lived here for over 30 years as well as having a client and resource base that extends across multiple states. Bill has worked with clients’ needs: from listings and purchases of primary, secondary and luxury residential homes to investment, recreational, horse, farm & ranch properties. Bill also works with large agricultural properties including irrigated farms, working ranches and even a 66,000 acre cattle ranch and alfalfa farm. He works side by side with ranchers and farmers developing and maintaining the resources of these properties including water rights, crops, improving facilities for cattle management, grazing and productive stewardship of the lands.

Bill is one of fewer than 500 Accredited Land Consultants in the country, a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and Million Dollar Guild member as well as a Certified Mountain Area Specialist. His credentials, leadership and extensive participation within the top professional organizations of the industry have given him an arsenal of tools, knowledge and relationships to counsel and assist his clients successfully toward their goals. Bill brings innovative leadership to the industry and is one of the founding members of the Land Broker CO- Op and MLS.

Bill serves as a board member for the Colorado Chapter of the ‘Realtors Land Institute ‘(RLI) and is part of the national leadership council of KW Land. He has been on advisory boards for various HOA’s, professional organizations as well as a governmental economic steering committee. We have ownership interest in our KW Market Center in Evergreen, CO where Bill participates in collaborative leadership with business planning and teaching for the success of our fellow brokers.

Prior to real estate he spent 22 years building custom residential mountain resort homes in Summit and Park counties. His vast experience with the circumstances presented in the high altitude climate as well as guiding both local residents and out of town secondary homeowners through the process of home construction has given him a unique and helpful perspective on mountain living and properties of Colorado.

Bill’s wife Helene has recently licensed as a broker associate and is excited to work closely as executive assistant. In her first career she worked in the medical field as a Physician Assistant spending the last ten years operating her own surgical assisting business and has recently decided to change directions after 32 years in the medical field. She has been exposed to many facets of Bill’s business over the past 8 years and they now join forces to give their clients exceptional and outstanding service.

They Love Colorado! They live, work and play in the Colorado foothills and mountains where they enjoy golf, hiking (with their yellow lab Nova), horse riding (including cattle drives), snowshoeing and traveling in their camper.
